Christopher Nolan is the founder and president of General Manhattan Financial. Christopher has been involved in the financial services industry for two decades. He was born and raised in Las Vegas and attended Bishop Gorman High School. Christopher has a Business Finance Degree from the University of Utah with a focus on investment theory and economics. While at the University of Utah he was an executive member of the Financial Management Association.
Mr. Nolan started his career at Fidelity Investment in 1999. While at Fidelity he worked in multiple areas including client service, trading, tax specialist, investments, and fixed income. Christopher spent a year abroad in Africa and Asia conducting a global economic study, focusing on the flow of capital, goods, and information. He resumed his career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial where he focused on financial planning, portfolio management, and small business strategies. Christopher and Christine started General Manhattan in 2008, married in 2011, and enjoy spending time with their three children.
Christopher currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Counsel on Economic Education. He previously was a Board of Director at the Plus Credit Union and volunteered as a small business counselor at SCORE. He has been asked to speak to the National Investment Company Service Association, Bishop Gorman High School, and has made appearances on the local new channels as a financial specialist. His security registrations with LPL Financial includes the series 7, 63, 65 and is licensed for Life and Health Insurance.
